Majene, Sulbarkita.com - The Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) of Majene Regency will re-control the Campaign Props (APK) and Socialization Props (APS) participants of the General Election (Election) 2019. Control is carried out on props installed outside the zone has been determined by the General Election Commission (KPU).

Chairman of the Bawaslu Majene, Sofyan Ali said that his party had held a meeting with the District Election Supervisory Committee (Panwascam) in Majene District. But the Majene Bawaslu will first give a warning letter to the violators. "The letter contained a warning so that they immediately moved the equipment. If the warning is not heeded, then we will take action, "Sofyan said. The warning letter also attached data on violations compiled by Panwascam.

In line with Sofyan, Coordinator of the Human Resources and Organizational Division, Bawaslu Majene, Muhammad Dardi also stated that the election participants' props should only be installed in the zone determined by the government through the Majene Regency General Election Commission (KPU). "Apart from the designated zone, props may not be installed except in the executive office of political parties," he said.

Dardi added, every privacy and public area outside the designated zone should not be fitted with teaching aids. "For example educational institutions, government-owned buildings, sidewalks and other public facilities," he said.

To know, in supervising the election participants' props, Bawaslu is guided by the General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU) Number 23, 28 and 33 of 2018 on election participant campaigns and Election Supervisory Body Regulations (Perbawaslu), Number 28 of 2018 concerning supervision of election campaigns.
