Material that must be prepared

- 5 tablespoons of coconut oil (Will be more tasty when using coconut oil from Mandar because of its distinctive smell)
- Chili (according to taste) & can be added curly chillies.
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- salt to taste
- Enough water

How to make:
- Prepare a frying pan or even better clay pot
- Add all the seasonings, salt, mango acid, with coconut oil until fragrant.

- Enter the fish pieces and mixed with seasonings until blended
- Cook for about 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked
