Majene, Sulbarkita.com - Ahead of the 2019 General Election, Majene Regency General Election Commission (KPU) is increasingly aggressively conducting election education dissemination to residents. Unmitigated, the socialization held this evening in the form of a music concert coupled with the Jingle Election song contest.
Even the socialization held at the Betteng Field in Pamboang Sub-District on Saturday, February 23, presented a capital artist who graduated from the Dangdut Academy talent search event, namely Muhammad Irshad Basir or popularly known as Ical D ’Academy.
The socialization also succeeded in drawing the attention of the Majene residents to fill 80 percent of the area next to the Trans Sulawesi Road.
Commissioner of KPU Majene Community Participation Division, Zulkarnain Hasanuddin said that this agenda was one of the strategies in mobilizing the masses in order to carry out political education in the community regarding the implementation of elections.
"The goal is for the public as voters to know exactly the stages and techniques of Election," said Zul, the man born in Pamboang.
Alternately, KPU commissioners Majene conducted an election campaign to the residents. In this activity the election clinic was also prepared as a place of consultation for the people who need information about this year's elections.
