Still ASN, BKPP Reminds Political Problem Routine

Mamuju, Sulbarkita.com -- Agency for Personnel, Education and Training (BKPP), Mamuju Regency has not been able to complete the resignation process of Sitti Sutinah Suhardi as the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Because a number of files have not been submitted by Sutinah to BKPP.

Sutinah who currently serves as the Head of the Mamuju Trade Office previously submitted his resignation letter to the Regional Secretary (Sekda) Mamuju, Suaib, in his office, Jalan Sukarno Hatta, Karema Urban Village, Mamuju District, Friday, September 13, 2019. The daughter of the former Mamuju Regent, Suhardi Duka, has registered with a political party as a supporter of the Mamuju 2020 Regent Election. These parties are like the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP), the National Mandate Party (PAN) and the Democratic Party.

He is also rumored to be registering with the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) and the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra).

According to Ridho, after all the files were complete, BKPP then made a recommendation on the request to terminate an ASN. There are three recommendations, one of which can be published, namely the application is postponed, accepted, or rejected.

"The recommendation is then submitted to the Personnel Management Officer (PPK) or regent to issue a decision," said Ridho.

Therefore, Sutinah is still considered an ASN status. He also suggested that Sutinah not carry out political activities before the resignation process was completed because the ASN code of ethics could be dragged away. "But the violation must be proven through the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) first," said Ridho.

Nevertheless, the Head of Procurement, Termination and Information Section, BKPP, Syarifuddin claimed to have received information that Sutinah would finish her file this week, "The person concerned is still attending a family event outside the area so she has not had time to complete the file," he said.
