Mamuju, Sulbarkita.com -- The Attorney General's Office (Kejari) Majene rescheduled the summons of the former Head of Tubo Village, Tubo Sendana Subdistrict, Muslimin, regarding allegations of corruption in fishing vessel procurement. The summons is planned to take place on Monday, February 24, 2020.
"The plan is that next Monday the former Head of Tubo Village will be examined," Chief of Intelligence Section, Kejari Majene, Muhammad Ikhsan told Sulbarkita.com by telephone, Wednesday, February 19, 2020.
This fishing vessel procurement costs a budget of Rp 170 million. The assistance sourced from the village fund was carried out 2 times, namely in 2016 and 2017. However, this project was reported by a number of residents because it was allegedly corrupted.
Field monitoring at Majari Majene on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, found that the condition of the ship, which was only in its biennial, had been cut into pieces. Even the ship was used as the floor of the house by residents. Earlier Muslimin said his investigation into the case was planned on Monday, February 17, 2020. But he claimed not to have received a call from Majene Majari.
"Actually, today I was questioned, but there has been no call," he said when confirmed on his cellphone, Monday, February 17, 2020.
Despite the change, Muslims have yet to find out about the re-examination schedule. He only knew that an examination of village officials had been carried out by Majene Majari. "The auditors are the treasurer and the TPK. The prosecutors said, just wait for the summons," he said, Thursday, February 20, 2020.
Kejari Majene has conducted an examination of 2 people namely the Village Treasurer of Tubo, Abd. Haris, and the Head of Tubo Village Welfare Section, Swardana, who is also the Activity Management Team (TPK) for boat procurement. "Today (Wednesday) we have examined the treasurer and the TPK," Ikhsan said.
From the results of the inspection, Ikhsan found that one unit of the ship was used by a resident of Tubo Village, in the Mamuju Regency area. "From this statement, the owner has moved because he married someone there (Mamuju). Even though it's a village asset that cannot get out of the village territory," he said.
Majene Majari will also examine two other village officials, the Tubo Village Secretary, Nurdin and Head of Planning, Sukriawan. "It will also be examined next Monday along with the former village head," Ikhsan said.
He also appealed to the village government to provide knowledge to beneficiaries about village assets. "Maybe it's good to be given an explanation of village assets, so that people don't use them arbitrarily. Because if aid has been given, then they consider it theirs, "Ikhsan said.
After the summons process, Kejari Majene will again conduct a field inspection in Tubo Village. "We collect the data first, then we go back to the field to check," said Ikhsan.
