Penyambutan Bupati Mamuju, Habsi Wahid di Ekspedisi Mamuju/HMS/LSDH

Mamuju, Sulbarkita.com -- The "Manakarra Earth Expedition" activity carried out by the Mamuju Regency Government with Matrex and the Indonesia Offroad Federation (IOF) can directly open the world's eyes about the very original Mamuju Regency for natural resources with mountain ranges, forests and the sea is still very dominating.

"Even in some other points there are still extreme access points that make Mamuju a very promising tourist district and the dream of Offroaders and trail riders from various regions," said Mamuju Regent, Wahsi Wahid after the opening of the "Manakarra Earth Expedition" event, at the Ajungan Manakarra Beach, Jalan Yos Sudarso, Binanga Village, Mamuju on Saturday, March 23, 2019.

According to Habsi, the raiders' trip can provide education to the community that this forest needs to be conserved so that there is no flood. And as a social organization of Offroaders and Raiders it also helps if there are still people who have limitations under any circumstances on the trip.

 

"I hope that through this activity, Mamuju can be promoted as a tourist location. So the Offroaders and Raiders can become tourism ambassadors who will introduce Mamuju to other regions, "Habsi said.

Present at the event, the Head of West Sulawesi Regional Police (Kapolda), Brigadier General Pol Baharuddin Djafar also reminded Offroaders and Raiders to continue worshiping during two days of activities. "Don't forget to stop by the mosque or mushalla or around the track if the prayer time arrives," said the Policeman Police Officer Brigadier General.

The activity with the theme of the Manakarra Earth Expedition lasted for three days starting from 22 to 24 March 2019 which was attended by 52 offroaders and 120 Raiders. The expedition began from the Manakarra Beach Pavilion, where on the first day the expedition team would explore the Sese, Tapandullu, Lebani, Botteng lanes to finish the night at Anjoro Pitu Peak in the Landmark of Mamuju City.
