Majene, Sulbarkita.com - A number of regions in West Sulawesi are starting to plan face-to-face learning next year. One of them was discussed by the Majene Regency Government in a meeting with the Acting Head of Regent Majene Lukman on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
Head of the Education, Youth and Sports Agency, Iskandar, said that if agreed, face-to-face learning could begin on January 4 - 5, 2021, according to the education calendar. "It can be preceded by spraying disinfectants in every school. Furthermore, the face-to-face learning mechanism simulation will be on January 6, ”said Iskandar in the meeting which took place at the Majene Regent's office.
Plt. Regent Majene Lukman said that to finalize the plan, a follow-up meeting must be held involving all related parties, for example the DPRD, the Covid-19 Task Force Team, to representatives of the school principal. "So that the opening of face-to-face learning can be decided immediately while monitoring the same learning mechanism in other regions," said Lukman.
He also requested face-to-face learning to fully comply with the health protocol for handling Covid-19. For example, the number in the class is only half the number of students.
