Majene, Sulbarkita.com — The Majene Regency Government urged all village heads in its territory to collect the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) at Majene's Population and Civil Registry (Dukcapil) on Monday April 15. "We have written to the village head to collect the e-KTP," said Secretary of Disdukcapil Majene Hasnawati through the press release of the Majene Regional Government.
According to Hasnawati, the appeal was made because Dukcapil had not been able to distribute the e-KTP, while the election of the Legislative Election and the Presidential Election was approaching, namely April 17. "Hopefully the e-KTP can be distributed on April 16," he said.
Recording of e-KTPs in Majene has indeed become one of the developments that is now being considered by the local government. Majene National and Political Unity Agency stated that the recording of e-KTP was one of three things that could potentially cause disruption of order during the elections in the area.
Therefore, Hasnawati said that her agency was on standby 24 hours to serve its citizens to do the recording. Even preparing a special team that is ready to jump into the field to do the recording of e-KTP. "If there is a village head who wants us to come for recording," he said.
Hasnawati added that Dukcapil Majene had also deployed a team to distribute the suket (Self Identity Certificate) if the e-KTP had not yet been completed. "But if the Election is finished, we will withdraw the suket"
For information, Majene has 110,586 voters in the Permanent Voters List of the Second Repair Results (DPTHP-2). This number consisted of 56,404 male voters and 56,182 female voters. They are spread in 547 polling stations (TPS) in 62 villages and 20 villages.
