"We deployed the Regident Directorate General of North Sulawesi Regional Police in the area along with the mobile SIM service car to make it easier for people to extend the validity period of their SIMs specifically for SIM A and C," said Ipda Andi Germanto as Pamin 1 SIM Sub-directorate of the North Sumatra Regional Police.
According to Ipda Andi, the Ditlantas of the North Sulawesi Regional Police will carry out SIM SIM services on a regular basis. "The goal is for the public to be more obedient to the use of SIMs," he said.
Meanwhile, the procedure for extending the SIM to the service is to go to the nearest mobile SIM vehicle and bring a photocopy of KTP (National Identity Card) and an old SIM or SIM that expires.
The next procedure is to fill out a SIM extension form such as a complete biodata with a signature. After that, the files were handed over to the officers in the service car equipped with old SIM attachments, photocopies of SIMs, and ID cards.
After that, the officer who is in the maid's car will immediately make a SIM by doing several other processes, such as taking photos, matching information from the form, scanning the thumb and signature.
Whereas the renewal fee is adjusted to the type of SIM made, which is Eighty Thousand Rupiah for A SIM and Seventy Five Thousand Rupiah for SIM C. This fee does not include the cost of medical tests.
