Jakarta, Sulbarkita.com -- The West Sulawesi Provincial Government (Pemprov Sulbar) achieved the title "very good" in the evaluation of the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE). The decision issued by the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia (KemenPANRB) is contained in Number: 663 of 2024, dated 31 December 2024.
According to the Head of the West Sulawesi Communications and Information Press Service, Mustari Mula, this success cannot be separated from the hard work and smart work of the entire SPBE Coordination Team and the collaboration of all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) under the leadership of Acting. Governor of West Sulawesi, Bahtiar Baharuddin. "Because SPBE is actually a government system that works together in implementing quality and reliable electronic-based public services," he said.
Mustari explained that the SPBE assessment was based on four domains, namely the policy domain, governance domain, management domain and service domain with a number of indicators. With this achievement, said Mustari, the West Sulawesi Provincial Government has shown a very significant increase in its achievements, namely from a score of 2.89 achieved in 2023 with a good predicate, to 3.70 with a very good predicate in 2024. This result also places the West Sulawesi Provincial Government in the ranking 18 of 38 provinces. "The increase in the SPBE Index value indicates the commitment of the West Sulawesi Provincial Government to improve digital-based government governance and increasingly quality public services," he said.
Therefore, Mustari hopes that the West Sulawesi Provincial Government can improve this achievement in the future, even though currently it has achieved a score with a very good title. "We remain optimistic that we can achieve the highest predicate in the coming years, namely a satisfactory predicate, of course with the full support of the leadership and the joint commitment of all OPDs and the coordination team to collaborate," he said.
